Dell Optiplex 760 running windows XP SP3 will not shutdown correctly. Following normal shutdown sequence blue screen appears and power remains on indefinetely until manually turned off.
When networked Dell Optiplex 760 running windows XP is shutdown, the normal sequence of windows dialog boxes appears. Following the closing network connections dialog box, the blue screen prior to power down appears but the computer does not power down and the blue screen remains indefinetely until the power button is held down.Does anyone have a solution to this problem?1 person needs an answerI do too
